LECOM Health Challenge Sponsorships Build Momentum
as New Era Cap Company and OnCore Golf Commit Support

CLYMER, N.Y. (May 24, 2017) –  The LECOM Health Challenge – a Web.com Tour event held at Peek’n Peak Resort in Clymer, NY July 3-9, 2017 –  announced today that Buffalo-based New Era Cap Company and OnCore Golf have signed on as sponsors of the 2017 tournament.

New Era’s sponsorship includes naming rights for the tournament’s Pro-Am, and OnCore is the title sponsor of a new LECOM Health Challenge event, the Junior Pro-Am.

As the Pro-Am title sponsor, New Era Cap Company is the latest business to offer their sponsorship support to the LECOM Health Challenge. The sponsorship comes as New Era strives to expand its golf division, New Era Golf, that produces a line of caps designed to keep golfers cool and comfortable, and is backed by high-profile players like Dustin Johnson and Davis Love III.

A returning sponsor, Buffalo golf ball manufacturer OnCore Golf also recently committed their support to the LECOM Health Challenge as the tournament’s Junior Pro-Am title sponsor. The company is beginning to expand as it recently announced that its golf balls will be sold at 92 Wegmans Food Markets across the Northeast and mid-Atlantic.

The LECOM Health Challenge is a Web.com Tour event hosted at Peek’n Peak’s “Upper Course” on July 3 – 9, 2017.
